Proposed Rule to Revise Reporting Form Requirements Published

APC has been working to reduce the amount of monthly reporting forms to further lessen the burden on handlers. APC has revised the reporting forms down to three monthly reporting forms and one annual reporting form which has gone for USDA approval.
The proposed rule to revise the reporting requirements has been published on November 20, 2019 in the Federal Register (See attachment below). The comment period ends on Dec. 20, 2019. The proposed rule will then go through final review and approval. APC will notify industry once the final rule is published.
